Instructions
  1. Thaw the dough overnight in the fridge if you have time. If not, leave in the sun to defrost.
  2. Brush three phyllo sheets with butter and stack on top of each other.
  3. Cut the phyllo into 12 squares and line a muffin tray.
  4. The pastry cups are now ready to be filled and baked.
